We will try and provide a diverse range of after school activities for your child to participate in over the course of the school year. Clubs will ordinarily run from 3.30pm to 4.30pm unless instructed otherwise.

SAFC Coaching Sessions : Information for Parents
The SAFC after school club runs throughout the school year for Years 3,4 and 5. Sessions take place on a Monday and Tuesday evening for alternate Year groups. This half term, the sessions will be open to Year 3 on a Monday and Year 4 on a Tuesday until the half term holiday commences 21st October. After half term, this will change to Year 5 on a Monday and Year 3 on a Tuesday. Due to the In-Service day on Monday 31st October, Year 5 will not begin their sessions until Monday 7th November. In the week prior to a holiday, no sessions will run. The table below gives an overview of how the sessions will run. The club is very popular and is often oversubscribed. SAFC can only take 20 children at a time, so when over 20 apply, a draw takes place to determine places. Those children who have missed out on the sessions this half term will therefore automatically be given a place for the next round of sessions for their year group. In ALL instances, a permission letter will be issued by Mr. Shaw prior to the sessions starting. We hope this clarifies how the club runs. There may be occasions when the club has to be cancelled due to an in-school event etc. but you will always be advised prior to any cancellation.
